Integrated management system
UAB “Socialinė integracija” continues investing in staff qualification increment training. The company has an established quality control system assisting in the supervision of quality and effectiveness of the provided services.
UAB “Socialinė integracija” has installed the integrated management system comprising the management of quality, environmental safety, and employee safety and health:
- Quality management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard. The company never ceases to improve the quality of services with regard to the needs of the clients and in accordance with the requirements of legal and other regulating legislation.
- Environmental safety management system meets the requirements of ISO 14001:2005 standard. The company minimises the possible effect on the environment; performs the separation of dangerous waste and secondary materials; foresees the preventive actions for possible emergencies; does not use chemical products dangerous to the environment.
- Employee safety and health management system meets the requirements of BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standard. The company puts a strong emphasis on the preventative means intended to ensure the working capacity, health and life at work of the employees; these are used or planned in all stages of company’s activity in order to protect the employees from injuries, occupational diseases and occupational risk.
